1. Down-to-Earth — Tourism Cowichan
We asked seven business owners in the Cowichan Valley, “What does Down-to-Earth mean to you?”
2. Created to Create — Yvonne Acheson
A vignette on the life of Yvonne Acheson, a Landscape Painter based on Vancouver Island. Her love of the ocean, its amazing coastlines, and the rest of God’s beautiful creation is the inspiration for her vibrant paintings. She hopes to bring joy through her art, and point to the true source of joy, and the Creator of colour itself, Jesus Christ.
3. Accessible Travel Guides — Tourism Vancouver Island
After visiting 8 different communities across Vancouver Island and dozens of businesses that have made their spaces accessible for all, we created this film sharing the experiences of individuals with various disabilities. They were all incredibly resilient humans with stories that left us enlightened by the daily struggles they go through. It was very encouraging to see so many local businesses that have chosen to implement little changes that leave a big impact.
