Keaton & Juliette

Vancouver Island Wedding Filmmaking + Photography

“Graham photographed our outdoor farm wedding, and I truly don't think anyone could have captured our day more perfectly. We were blown away by both the quantity and quality of the shots he took. Looking back through our album, we get to relive our day, not just because of the moments Graham caught, but because he truly captured the emotion and joy of our day in every single shot. He also somehow shot all of our ceremony and candid photos while being completely unobtrusive, yet still caught every moment that mattered and more.

Beyond the photos, Graham was such a joy to work with. He's responsive, kind, was so calm while wrangling everyone for family photos, and he made us feel completely comfortable during our couple photos. Graham absolutely blew us away and gave us the most incredible album we could have asked for. I could not recommend Dorse Films enough!!!”

Welcome to Dorse Weddings!

We're Graham & Angie, a husband-and-wife wedding video and photo team based on Vancouver Island, BC.

Graham started capturing weddings at 14, and it grew into a passion for capturing these moments. What a joy and privilege it is to document such a meaningful day.

Angie has an eye for beauty and a love for the little details. She's there to keep things running smoothly, make sure everything looks its best, and hype up the bride throughout the day, while Graham takes the lead behind the camera, directing and capturing every moment.

Whether you're getting married at a beach, church, farm, or mountaintop, we'd love to capture your wedding day!

FAQs

What sets you apart from other videographers?

1

With years of training under my belt, I know how to pose and guide clients to make them feel relaxed while looking their very best. My specialty is capturing candid moments of you and your loved ones throughout the day. You'll hear your vows, your loved ones' voices, the laughter during speeches, and all the little moments that would otherwise become distant memories. Many couples tell us they rewatch their wedding film every anniversary to relive it again.

Do you charge travel fees?

2

Travel within 30 km from Parksville is included in all packages. For weddings outside this area, I simply charge for mileage and any necessary accommodation at cost—no hidden fees or markups. I'll always confirm those details upfront so there are no surprises.

Will my video be posted publicly on your site or socials?

3

I respect your privacy and let each couple decide whether they'd like their wedding film to be shared publicly or kept private.

We feel awkward on camera. Will that be a problem?

4

Not at all. Most of the couples we work with have never been professionally filmed before. Our approach is relaxed and natural. We'll offer simple guidance when needed, but our focus is on capturing genuine moments, not staged performances.
